If the customer receives the wrong size or color, we will unconditionally refund or resend the order if the customer orders the wrong size or color, he will be responsible for the wrong loss
If there is any quality problem with the product you receive, or if the product is seriously damaged, I will refund or resend it unconditionally

🚚Transportation logistics problems:
If the package is lost, we will confirm the status of the package with the logistics provider. After obtaining the correct package information status, we will re-send the package to the customer, or refund the customer (in the most efficient way).
If the shipment time is too long (more than 20 days) and the customer cannot wait, we will refund or resend it quickly
If a package has arrived at its destination and is automatically returned because the customer has not retrieved the package for a long time, we will resend or refund the customer

If the address is incorrect, it can be changed before the package is sent. After the package has been sent, it is not possible to change the address and the customer will be responsible for this

The package was delivered to the local area. If the address details are not clear, the customer needs to contact a local logistics provider (such as the USPS) to get his or her package
